EmotiSongMusic creates personalized songs based on the information provided by the customer through the web form.
The standard delivery time is 48 hours from the moment we receive complete information and payment. Express delivery (24h) is available at an additional cost.
The customer receives a personal and non-exclusive license to use the song for private or gifting purposes. Commercial use is not permitted without prior written authorization.
Payments are made via PayPal or other secure methods indicated on the website. All prices include applicable taxes.
The customer is entitled to up to 3 free revisions for minor changes to lyrics or style. Major changes may involve an additional cost.
Due to the personalized nature of the product, cancellations and refunds are not accepted once the creative process has begun.
