We collect order form details: name, email, musical preferences and the song story, to handle your request, payment and delivery. Include only necessary details and avoid sensitive information or unnecessary third-party data. We do not receive your full card details.
Netlify hosts the site and stores orders. PayPal handles payments. Resend receives the necessary data to email the complete order to the studio and a confirmation to the customer. Contact messages reach the studio email account. These services process data under their own policies and may use international infrastructure.
Google Analytics loads only after analytics consent. Spotify embeds load only on request or with external-content consent. The site uses Google Fonts. Opening WhatsApp or social media links is subject to those services’ policies.
Order data is used to provide the requested service and meet applicable obligations. Optional analytics relies on consent, which can be withdrawn through Manage cookies. Enquiries and orders are retained for the time needed to manage the service and applicable obligations; deletion requests can be sent by email.
